| Mike - FounderI spent the majority of my career after university in teaching, including a decade in various leadership positions in secondary schools. I've been Head of Department, Head of Faculty, Educational Visits Co-ordinator, Assistant Headteacher for Teaching & Learning, Director of a Sixth Form, Exams Officer.... I left teaching after several years as a Deputy Headteacher of a large high performing secondary school. I felt that I was always being asked to do more with less. I used to give 110% to my role, but over time that began to impact by wellbeing and I burnt out. The education system in large parts of the UK is overloaded, undervalued and underfunded. I know the vast array of skills you have to offer. I left teaching to pursue my passions. Now I help hundreds of others to do the same. Working as your coach, I will help you take back control of your life, set boundaries and explore the world of new career possibilities beyond the classroom. |
